Kevin Bouillet

Kevin is from a wine making family in Pupillin with long traditions and in 2018, when he took over fields from his grandparents, he converted to organic and biodynamic farming. The fields are in Pupillin and Kevin's ambition is to make clear expressions of Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard and Trousseau in the style of his great role models from the village. Biodynamic work is done in the field and sulfur at bottling if needed.
